Terms of Service
Welcome to Ashleigh’s Customs! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these carefully before placing an order or using our services.
1. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
All payments must be made in full before we begin processing your order. Ashleigh’s Customs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for reasons including but not limited to issues with payment processing or suspected fraud.
2. Order Processing and Lead Times
Orders are processed on the same day they are received. However, the completion of custom orders requires 7 to 10 working days, after which the item will be dispatched for delivery. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 working days for courier services.
Please note that production and delivery times may be subject to change due to external factors (e.g., supply shortages, courier delays). We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Artwork and Customization Requirements
For all custom orders, the client must provide artwork in vector format (PDF) or high-quality images. Low-quality images will not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your artwork meets the required specifications, you can place your order and pay without uploading a file. Simply include a note in your order, and we will contact you to assist with artwork preparation.
4. Color Variations
Due to the different types of printers and printing methods used, we may occasionally encounter color variations. The colors in your printed product may not match the original artwork 100%, and may appear slightly darker or lighter. This is often due to the difference between RGB and CMYK color formats. If your artwork is designed in RGB and we require CMYK (or vice versa), this can affect the final result. We will do our best to ensure color accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact match.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If the cancellation is made within this period, the order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee on the total order value. Due to the custom nature of our products, cancellations made after the 24-hour period will not be accepted, and the order will proceed to fulfillment.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We provide shipping services via third-party courier companies. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment. Shipping times are estimated at 2 to 3 working days depending on the courier’s delivery schedule.
Please note that Ashleigh’s Customs is not responsible for any delays or issues that arise after the order has been handed over to the courier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our refund policy applies only to manufacturing defects or faults. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information on how to request a return, the evaluation process, and shipping instructions.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and other intellectual property provided to Ashleigh’s Customs by the client must be the original work of the client or appropriately licensed for use. We assume no responsibility for intellectual property disputes arising from the use of client-supplied materials. Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any artwork submitted for customization.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ashleigh’s Customs is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to errors in customization due to inaccurate information provided by the client.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
Ashleigh’s Customs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.
